Understanding Hosts' Cancellation Policies

Cancellation policies can vary among hosts, impacting the potential refund amount you might receive.

The default cancellation policy on Pridebnb is 'Flexible.' However, hosts have the option to choose a different policy that aligns with their preferences.

If a host decides on a more restrictive cancellation policy, it should be clearly stated in the listing description, along with detailed explanations of its terms. To explore available cancellation policy options, you can click here.

Please be aware that a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for canceling your reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours of your check-in time, you may not be eligible for a refund.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please refer to your confirmation email or reach out to our support team.

Requesting a Refund During Your Stay

In case you encounter an issue during your stay, you have options to address it.

You can reach out to your Host to resolve the problem, request a partial refund, or even request to cancel your reservation for a full refund. It's important to submit your request within 24 hours of noticing the issue, and your Host will have 1 hour to respond.

If they decline or fail to respond, you can request Pridebnb's assistance by asking them to step in and help resolve the matter.

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Pridebnb, cancellations and refunds are always processed in full. Once a booking has been accepted by the provider, only Pridebnb team has the ability to cancel it. The platform has flexibility to allow and manage cancellations at any point before the booking's end time plus two days.

Please note that once the booking end time plus two days has passed, the transaction is automatically marked as completed, and a payout is initiated to the provider's bank account. It's important to be aware that refunds are no longer possible beyond this point.

While the payout may take several days to process, we are unable to issue refunds once the transaction has been completed.

If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding cancellations and refunds, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. We are here to help you.
