If you are not an Pridebnb user, we may receive payment information related to you when an Pridebnb user provides your payment card for a booking. Additional Profile Information: This can include your gender, preferred language(s), city, and personal description. Some of this information, as specified in your account settings, becomes part of your public profile page and is visible to others.

Information About Others: If you provide personal information about others, such as a payment instrument belonging to someone else or information about a co-traveler, you certify that you have the necessary permission to share that information with Pridebnb for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You must also ensure that you have shared the Pridebnb Privacy Policy with them.

Address Book Contact Information.

Log Data and Device Information: Details about your use of the Pridebnb Platform, such as clicked links to third-party applications, IP address, access dates and times, hardware and software information, device information, device event information, unique identifiers, crash data, and the pages you have viewed or engaged with before or after using the Pridebnb Platform. We may collect this information even if you don't have an Pridebnb account or haven't logged in.

We may utilize your information, including your full name and date of birth, to acquire such reports.

Enterprise Product Invitations and Account Management: Organizations using our Enterprise products may provide personal information to facilitate account management and invitations to use enterprise products.

Referrals and Co-Travelers: If you are invited to the Pridebnb Platform, such as being a co-traveler on a trip, the person who invited you may submit personal information about you, such as your email address or other contact details.

Guest Travel Insurance: If you make a claim under our Guest Travel Insurance policy, we receive information related to your claim to process, handle, or assess it, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Other Sources: To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may receive additional information about you, such as references, demographic data, or information from third-party service providers and partners to help detect fraud and safety issues. Display certain information on your public profile. Allow Friends on Pridebnb or the third-party service to see your activities and connections. Enable or authorize third parties to use Payment Services. Detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, and security incidents. Comply with legal and compliance obligations. Enforce payment terms and policies. Provide and improve Payment Services. 4. SHARING & DISCLOSURE

4.1 Sharing With Your Consent or at Your Direction

We understand the importance of your consent and will only share your information as described when you provide consent. 4.2 Sharing Between Members

To facilitate bookings and interactions between Members, we may share information in various scenarios:

Between Guests and Hosts: When a booking request is made, when there is a co-host, or when a dispute is submitted, certain information such as profiles, names, names of additional Guests, cancellation history, review information, age of guest (where permitted by law), dispute outcome (if applicable), and other information you choose to share and submit may be shared. Additionally, when a booking is confirmed, additional information may be shared to assist with coordinating the trip, such as profile photos and phone numbers. If you are a Host with a confirmed booking, certain information may be shared with the Guest and any additional Guests they invite, such as your profile, full name, phone number, and Listing address. Communication between Members may also involve sharing information such as names, profile pictures, and message content.

Between Guests: If you, as a Guest, invite additional Guests to a booking, certain information may be shared with each additional Guest, including names, travel dates, Host names, Listing details, Accommodation addresses, and other related information.

Between Hosts: If you accept an invitation to host with another Member, you authorize those Members (such as co-Hosts) to access and update your information and Member Content. This may include information like your full name, phone number, Listing address, calendar, Listing information, Listing photos, and email address.

4.3 Information You Publish in Profiles, Listings, and Other Public Information

We provide you with the option to make certain information publicly visible, such as your public profile page, listing pages, reviews, and content in community or discussion forums. Your public profile and other content you make available may also be displayed on third-party sites, platforms, and apps. Please note that information you share publicly on the Pridebnb Platform may be indexed by third-party search engines, although you can opt-out of this feature in your account settings.

4.4 Host Service Providers

Hosts may utilize third-party services to assist with managing or delivering their services, such as cleaning services or lock providers. In some cases, Hosts may share information about Guests (such as check-in and check-out information, Guest names, and Guest phone numbers) with these third-party service providers using features on the Pridebnb Platform.

4.5 Complying with Law, Responding to Legal Requests, Preventing Harm and Protecting Our Rights

We may disclose your information in situations where we are required or permitted to do so by law. This includes disclosing information to courts, law enforcement, governmental or public authorities, tax authorities, authorized third parties, or other Members to comply with legal obligations, respond to valid legal requests, prevent illegal activities, protect against liability, enforce our agreements with Members, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Pridebnb, its employees, its Members, or the public. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Members about legal requests, unless prohibited by the legal process or where providing notice would be futile, ineffective, create a risk of injury or harm, or expose Pridebnb to a claim of obstruction of justice.

In jurisdictions where registration, notification, permit, or license applications or numbers are required, we may share information of participating Hosts with the relevant authority for compliance purposes.

4.6 Programs with Managers and Owners

To facilitate programs with Building Management, we may share personal information of Hosts and Guests with landlords, management companies, homeowners' associations, property owners, and/or property managers. This sharing of information is intended to enable hosting services, compliance with applicable laws, security, billing, and other related services.

4.7 Host Information Provided to Pridebnb for Work Customers

If a booking is designated for a business or work purpose and made by a Guest affiliated with an Enterprise enrolled in Pridebnb for Work, we may disclose booking-related information to the Enterprise to ensure proper performance of our contract and service provision. Upon request, we may also share this information with third parties engaged by the Enterprise to provide support services.

4.8 Service Providers

We work with affiliated and unaffiliated service providers to assist us in running our business and ensuring compliance. These service providers help us with identity verification, background checks, fraud prevention, security investigations, risk assessments, product development, customer service, advertising, payments services, insurance claims processing, and communication analysis. We ensure that these providers are contractually bound to protect your personal information and grant them access to your information only for the purpose of performing these tasks. It's important to note that other Members may use services other than Pridebnb to process data, and those services are subject to applicable laws with varying levels of data protection.

4.9 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or insolvency event involving Pridebnb, we may sell, transfer, or share some or all of our assets, including your information. You may also request copies of personal information you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or request that we transmit this information to another service provider (where technically feasible).
