4.2 Sharing Between Members

To facilitate bookings and interactions between Members, we may share information in various scenarios:

Between Guests and Hosts: When a booking request is made, when there is a co-host, or when a dispute is submitted, certain information such as profiles, names, names of additional Guests, cancellation history, review information, age of guest (where permitted by law), dispute outcome (if applicable), and other information you choose to share and submit may be shared. In some cases, Hosts may share information about Guests (such as check-in and check-out information, Guest names, and Guest phone numbers) with these third-party service providers using features on the Pridebnb Platform.

4.5 Complying with Law, Responding to Legal Requests, Preventing Harm and Protecting Our Rights

We may disclose your information in situations where we are required or permitted to do so by law.
