Pridebnb's Restricted Content Policy
In our commitment to fostering a safe and respectful community, Pridebnb restricts certain types of online content within our platform, including descriptions and images related to listings. This article provides general guidance on Pridebnb's community policies regarding restricted content to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all users.
Please note that as a user posting content on Pridebnb, you are expected to comply with our Content Policy, and any violations may result in the removal of content, account restrictions, or account suspension in severe or repeated cases.
What We Allow
- Pre-disclosed nude and sexually suggestive content in a listing: While we recognize that certain forms of artistic expression or themes may include nudity or be sexually suggestive, such content is only allowed in listings intended for adults above the age of 18. In such cases, hosts must clearly disclose the presence of such content in the listing description to ensure guests' informed decision-making.
What We Don’t Allow
- Violating content: Any content that goes against our Content Policy or Copyright Policy is strictly prohibited.
- Violent or graphic content in accommodations or listing descriptions: Hosts are not allowed to display imagery or include images of physical harm in spaces shared with guests, unless there is historical or cultural significance. Any such display must be adequately disclosed in the listing description.
- Sexually explicit content: Airbnb strictly prohibits sexually explicit imagery, including photos or videos, within our platform. However, certain mediums of artistic expression, such as paintings or sculptures, with sexually suggestive themes, are allowed when used to disclose items with sexual themes found in a listing.
- Sexually explicit language: Hosts are prohibited from using verbally or written language intended for sexual arousal or containing references to sexual acts.
Writing Relevant and Unbiased Reviews
We believe in the importance of genuine and trustworthy reviews on Pridebnb. To ensure the authenticity of reviews, we require reviewers to provide accurate accounts of their experiences and offer honest opinions, whether positive or negative.
What We Don’t Allow
- Review manipulation: Attempting to influence reviews through threats or incentives is not tolerated within our community.
- Competitor reviews: Reviews left by established competitors with the intent to dissuade guests from booking a specific Host's stay are not allowed.
- Conflict of interest: Creating reservations solely to manipulate the review system with fake reviews and ratings is strictly prohibited.
- Irrelevant or biased reviews: Reviews that are biased, retaliatory, lack relevant information, or do not provide helpful insights may be removed.

Listing Pages, Message Threads, Reviews, and Other Content
Hosts are allowed to set their own house rules, including requirements related to vaccination or recent COVID-19 testing, as long as it complies with applicable laws and regulations.
However, Pridebnb prohibits the posting or sharing of content that:
- Encourages others to ignore health or travel advisories, including discouraging vaccination or denying guests based on their vaccination status.
- Encourages gatherings that violate health restrictions.
- Makes false claims that listings are not impacted by or exposed to COVID-19.
- Includes specific health information related to COVID-19 or links to unapproved resources.
- Offers activities related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Incentivizes bookings through COVID-19-related discounts or limited resource claims.
- References COVID-19, coronavirus, pandemic, or quarantine in listing titles. To protect our community and ensure the dissemination of accurate information during the COVID-19 pandemic, Pridebnb has implemented additional guidelines under our Content Policy.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may lead to the suspension or removal of listings or accounts in accordance with Pridebnb's Terms of Service.
