Payment Process on Pridebnb

Congratulations on making a reservation on Pridebnb! Now, let's understand the payment process. Once your reservation is confirmed, your payment method will be charged.

Regardless of how far in advance you book, the Host will not receive the payment until 48 hours after your scheduled check-out. This allows both you and the Host to ensure everything goes smoothly.

At Pridebnb, we prioritize secure payments, which are facilitated through our trusted partner, Stripe Connect. When a purchase is made, the payment is held in escrow until the transaction is marked as completed. At that point, the payment is released to the Host. This system builds trust and provides assurance for all parties involved.

By default, the funds are captured from your credit card at the time of purchase. The reservation is then converted into a charge once the Host accepts the request. Stripe holds the funds until the booking period concludes. After 2 days from the end of the booking, the funds are released to the Host. The Host can expect to receive the payment within 1-2 weeks.

Messages that contain contact information, external links, or other suspicious elements will be blocked to protect your security.
