Click or tap on your profile picture to access your "Account settings". Within the Account settings, you'll find various options to customize your preferences, including personal info, login and security, and payments.

Changing Your Contact Details
If you already have an account with Pridebnb, and you need to change your contact information, go to your "Account settings".

Resetting Your Password

Go to the reset password page on the Pridebnb website.

Changing Your Password

Creating a Password for Direct Login (Feature Currently Not Available)
If you initially signed up on Pridebnb using Facebook, Google, Apple, or your phone number, and did not create a password, you can still log in directly by setting up a password. Here's how:

Log out of your Pridebnb account.

Follow the password reset steps mentioned above.

After resetting your password, go to your "Account settings".
Under "Contact details," enter your "Email address".
Make the necessary changes and click on "Save changes."
If you receive a notification that your email address is already in use but cannot recall your password, attempt resetting it first.
Using Your Phone Number for Login (Feature Currently Not Available)
Once you have linked a phone number to your Pridebnb account, you can choose to log in using that phone number. If you have multiple phone numbers or share your phone number across multiple accounts, logging in with your email address will be required.
Payments and Payouts: Review Payout Preferences, Payment Methods
Managing your financial preferences is crucial for a smooth booking experience. Here, you can review and adjust your payout preferences and payment methods. Stripe, our secure payment processing platform, ensures the convenient and safe transfer of your funds. Enter your new bank account, or Stripe account.

If a credit card number is already stored in the system, please click "Remove payment card" to remove it.
