There are 2 King beds, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin. There's also a couch in the living room that can sleep 1 or 2 people (equates to a full-size mattress). If you must work, the wifi is stable enough to support most work-related needs (though could slow down if supporting multiple users). There is a good-sized full kitchen with 2 ovens, a gas stove, microwave, toaster, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, cookware, blender, etc… Set on over 1 acre fully fenced, the surrounding grounds offer multiple lawn areas, a front patio with fountain, and a back patio with hot tub, grill, firepit and verdant hillside views. The South Gate to Yosemite National Park is about 20 miles away and Bass Lake is 12 miles away.
